Manufacturers recommend your air-con system is recharged with gas and lubricant every two years

This service is not part of routine vehicle servicing, so if your vehicle is more than two years old it is probably due a recharge. Aircon systems not fully recharged will be less effective and have to work harder putting more strain on the engine and using more fuel.

We use a fully automatic Khoes Plus machine and our on site  aircon re-gas service includes –

• Analysis of existing refrigerant – (Refrigerant check R134a)
• Visual inspection of car aircon system
• Recover existing refrigerant from system
• Evacuate the aircon system
• UV leak detection dye
• Electronic Gas Leak Detection
• Replace PAG oils as required
• Re-gas as per manufacturers specs
